In their fifteen years as the international platform team for Matrix, Riccardo and Tony Altieri conducted over 3,000 live educational events, assisted in the development of hundreds of products and co-created the Craft cutting system.
After the sale of Matrix to L’Oreal, they sought to develop a unique product line to address the needs of the modern hairdresser and their clients. The Altieri Brothers, in conjunction with famed chemist, Henri Mastey, created the “PowerHair” brand professional product line to fill that niche. Together they came up with a 100% natural, high performance professional product line focused on empowering the salon professional and their clients.
