The Altieri Brothers are expanding their successful Advocates and Educators in Training program in response to the rapid growth of their Power Hair and Tuscan Oil collections. There is a need for Advocates in every state, city and community they serve.

The exponential growth of their company allows the expansion of a deeper goal that drives Tony and Riccardo Altieri: to return education back into the hands of the hairdressers.

If you are a stylist or salon owner that wants to promote the products and goals of visionaries like Tony and Riccardo, and stand with them to return honesty and integrity to our industry, then the Advocate program is perfect for you.

The success of the Altieri brothers is founded upon the strong relationships they form with stylists. Nothing builds this relationship quicker nor sustains it better than the relationship our local Advocates form in their communities and salons.

The Advocates are limited in number, but the Advocacy training is open to all. Those that wish to be an Advocate and demonstrate the passion and ability to do so are chosen, regardless of time in the industry or status in the salon.

Because it is an open training, some stylists attend just to receive training in cutting, styling, presentation and product knowledge to advance themselves as stylists in the salon. These stylists are always welcomed by Tony and Riccardo.

If you choose to participate in the training and become an Advocate, you will become the envoy of Riccardo and Tony and advise them on the hair scene in your community.

You may support them in education by conducting product knowledge and styling education in your salon and area salons, assist behind the scenes at shows and certificate classes, participate in varied levels of platform work in your market and across the country, attend salon openings and events as the Altieri Brothers representative, perform salon merchandising and detailing and attend certification events in various cities.

Education as an Advocate is ongoing and progressive. Each time Riccardo and Tony train you, you will increase in skill and confidence.

The Altieri Brothers are proud of the thousands of educators and stylists they have trained in different capacities over the last several decades and many of these educators have gone on to great things.

The Advocates and Educators in Training will be educated in the arts of presentation and stage work by the distributors of Altieri Brothers products. Either the Altieri Brothers or their Educators with the strongest skills will train in your community or near you.

The training will be one or two days and you will bring your cutting and styling tools. Training will comprise four main areas and a typical training will include the following:

1. The purpose of stylist education and the goals of the Altieri Brothers method of educating.
   
   This may seem obvious: we educated to increase skills, but the Altieri Brothers have a methodology of stylist education that is precise, entertaining and results in rapid growth.
   
   They cover what you can expect if you do a small class in your own salon or are a platform artist in front of thousands at Las Vegas.
   
   
2. The features and benefits of the Power hair and Tuscan Oil Collections, including the right way to present information to close a sale.
   
   Often, we are encouraged to sell products in our salons and dread the task, and we have attended hair shows and watched the deal sheets being read to a rapidly dwindling audience.
   
   The Altieri Brothers will show you how to absorb information about the features and benefits of products without memorization and related this information in a way that creates enthusiastic buyers without you selling a thing.
   
   
3. Cutting and styling the Altieri Brothers way, on platform or before an audience. This is the hardest thing in the world to do without training.
   
   Body position, narrative, tools and techniques are different on stage than they are in the intimate setting of your salon. You will learn how to be here now in front of a rapt audience.
   
   This skill set will pay huge dividends in your salon and client and coworkers will see your increased confidence and admire your strong work.
   
   
4. The SRO, or Standing Room Only, portion of the class puts it all together.
   
   The emphasis is upon presentation and stage presence. How you enter a stage or room, introduce yourself, speak and move and exit determines how well the audience will receive your message.
   
   Many great stylists have faltered and failed as educators because they did not know or were not aware of the necessities of presentation.
